Remedy sells heavy duty BLS bags that are purpose built for event EMS. Made of rugged 200 Cordura nylon and then coated with a vulcanized rubber compound, these semi-rigid bags are very water resistant and come with built in backpack style shoulder straps in addition to the traditional over-the-shoulder strap. 

Oxygen bags are also available made of the same material described above, are capable of holding a standard 'D' size oxygen tank along with additional oxygen/respiratory supplies.
